Shipping and delivery
Shipping time is 1 to 3 days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of purchase.
- Standard delivery within 5 to 10 days (Monday to Sunday) is offered on the entire Meolina site.
Please note that delivery times are estimated from the time your order is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the tracking information.
You can track the progress of your parcel in real time using the tracking number allocated to it, by using the carrier's website or our "Track your order" section.
A multitude of emails are also sent to you to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
If the tracking of your parcel is temporarily unavailable, this may be due to several reasons:
- It's too early to track progress
- The carrier has not updated the tracking information
- The tracking number has been changed on the carrier's side
For security reasons, our delivery service providers may verify your identity and require a signature when handing over your order. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask you to bring proof of identity and a pen for your signature.
Your order number can be found on the confirmation e-mail you receive immediately after your purchase. This could be number #1540, for example.
We can ship your order to any country. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
It is possible to designate another person to receive your order if necessary. Be sure to present the delivery person with the confirmation email and a valid ID card, both for the order holder and for the designated person. A signature may be required on delivery.
If you have noticed an error when giving us your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@meolina.com or via our contact form. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change its destination.
We can only process one address per order. If you wish to receive your products at a different address, please place one order per delivery address.
If you have not received the product corresponding to your order, please inform us at contact@meolina.com. Please include your order number, the item you ordered and a photo of the incorrect one received. This information will help us to process your request as quickly as possible in order to find a solution.
Your order may be dispatched in several parcels to ensure rapid delivery. In this case, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel which will allow you to follow its progress in real time.
Payments
You can pay for your order using the following options:

- Payment in installments free of charge with Paypal (limited to eligible countries)

All transactions made are highly secure thanks to an SSL encryption system. Your personal data as well as your payment data are protected.
Your payment may be subject to 3D Secure verification depending on your bank in order to validate the transaction.
Once you have placed your order on the Meolina website, an e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided when you made your purchase. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder and the promotional tab. Our advisors are at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary information if it cannot be found.
If you encounter any difficulties in paying for your order, please start the order process again. In the event of repeated refusals, our Meolina advisors are here to help you validate your order.
Your payment may be subject to 3D Secure verification depending on your bank, which you will need to confirm using your phone in most cases.
You can only use one payment method per order.
The purchase of products on the meolina.com website is exclusively reserved for non-professional clients. In order to comply with this policy, all orders must be placed in the name of a natural person. For all professional enquiries, please contact us at partner@meolina.com
You can find the invoice for your order directly on the purchase confirmation email.
Refunds take an average of 3 to 7 days to appear on credit card statements. If even after this time your refund has not arrived on your account, please contact our advisors.
Products
Yes, all prices displayed on the Meolina website include VAT/sales tax.
Each product on the Meolina website is presented with the aim of emphasising its design and quality to best reflect its real appearance. However, please note that color variations may occur due to display differences between monitors.
Only purchases from the official meolina.com website or from our authorised distributors can guarantee the authenticity of Meolina products. We cannot guarantee or verify the authenticity of items purchased outside official channels.
Meolina offers gift cards in electronic format. Choose the value you want and receive a balance of that amount. Meolina gift cards have no expiry date.
To use your Meolina gift card, you need to apply the code you received during your purchase. Use this code when you reach the checkout stage to redeem the balance on your gift card.
Returns and exchanges
Exchanges and returns are available for 14 days from receipt of your parcel. Please see our returns and refunds policy.
The quality of our products is our priority. If you receive one or more items in poor condition, please contact our advisors with photos so that we can assess and find the best possible solution.
We offer free delivery on the entire Meolina website. However, we do not cover the cost of returns.
Refunds can only be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Promotional codes must be used at the checkout stage to apply the discount.

Creating a Meolina account allows you to receive all sorts of promotions, the latest news and events directly in your mailbox. You can place orders on the Meolina site more quickly and have access to your purchase history.
You can consult your order history by logging into your Meolina account.
We do not generally offer sales periods. However, in exceptional cases we do organise special offers to coincide with events. If you come across Meolina products offered at reduced prices, on sale or on clearance by unauthorised retailers, it is highly likely that they are counterfeit.
You can delete your Meolina account directly from it. You can also contact our Client Services team, who will take care of deleting it manually.
You can subscribe to our newsletter and our social networks to receive the latest news from Meolina.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any e-mail that Meolina sends you.
Go to your account login page, click on the "Forgot your password?" button and follow the instructions.

You can keep your shopping cart for a period of two weeks. After this period, your basket will be emptied automatically.
